If we’re a good fit for your travel needs, we’ll begin our discovery phase by sending you our travel questionnaire to pinpoint your ideal adventure.
PLANNING AGREEMENT
Once we’ve received your completed questionnaire, we’ll set up a complimentary consultation to discuss travel options & begin outlining a proposal. To continue planning your journey, you’ll sign a planning agreement, and depending on time & complexity, pay our travel fee. (Why should I hire a travel advisor?)
TRIP PLANNING
From your questionnaire to consultations, we’ll craft a custom itinerary just for you. Each plan is a culmination of knowledge and experiences from our own travels and network of affiliates.
World Citizen Travel advisors will arrange exclusive luxury experiences for your trip, including private tours, activities, restaurant reservations, transportation, spa appointments and more.
CONCIERGE OPTIONS
Relax! We’ll take care of your travel reservations and will provide you with a detailed itinerary for your trip. Prior to your departure, we will also contact your hotels to ensure you receive exclusive perks as our VIP guest. And don’t forget: We’re here to help you before, during and after your trip.
